I can only use the famous Italian suits maker Zegna to describe Gaja, it rightfully belonged to the best league. As a single vineyard, Sori San Lorenzo was one of the best in Piedmont. I decanted it for 4 hours but can’t tamed the strong medicinal and smoky plus clinical nose. Palate was soft and mellow, deep and broad, powerful and tannic, with medicinal taste.
