MYTH OF PREMOX 氧化的解读
99 was a big vintage, so premox was expected. Even Drouhin was inevitable, or was it so? Initially it showed oxidative and sugarcane on the nose. Too big and too ripe on the content, was my last choice in the Laguiche lineup. But I drank the remaining 1/4 bottle, found the premox character disappeared, turned big and elegant, no more harshness.
99是个白酒的大年份，白酒王拉格维奇也不例外存有氧化的问题，还是一般人解读的氧化问题解读错了？一开始鼻子就充斥着氧化和成熟的甘蔗味。内容太大也太成熟了，是今晚五瓶拉格维奇里的排名最后。但是接近11点时，没人理会这瓶剩下的1/4酒，我一个人喝掉。惊讶的是氧化消失了，虽然大款但是也优雅！
