Try to avoid all the big vintages of white burgundies if possible, as they tend to have the over ripe character bothering premox. This bottle with oxidative and sugarcane to boot. Palate was big and ripe, chewy, classy. It took another 2.5 hours for the over ripe character to go away, turned out to be big but elegant. The harshness initially has disappeared completely.
