1999 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut
I was expecting more from my favorite champagne house, but I could not squeeze more bubbles from it. Nose is relatively fruity, but it wasn't reflected on the palette; sharp, acidic, unfortunately not fruity enough, and with a dry finishing (due to the lack of fruits). Stark contrast compared to the legendary 2002, I was really disappointed.
