BORING
Looks like Alsace wines don't age very well unlike other part of France.
I get tons of dried tropical fruits character both on the nose and palate. Simply dried apricot, dried pineapple and dried lychee. The palate does not charm, it's turning into a dull and boring taste. I don't really enjoy such Alsace wines.
