I was impressed with this wine initially. Finally a wine with good nose, an elegant class, and very grape oriented wine. Body is very elegant, very balanced, good purity, even though it was powerful but quite restraint on the palette. Based on my experience I thought this was a Masseto 99 although it lacks the extreme purity and good structure. It didn't last very long in the glass, when I revisited it about 45 minutes later, it was flat and no longer charming.
