2000 Fontaine Gagnard Criots Bâtard Montrachet Grand Cru
SOFT WHITE BURGUNDY
I drank many bottles of this Fontaine Gagnard Criot Batard Montrachet 2000 in the past, always never fail to impress me. Unfortunately this bottle had some slight premox problem, and I can't fully rate it properly, but my past experience was always a five star wine.
The beauty was the softness of the wine on the palate; it was like butter melting immediately on the tongue, coupled with elegance, very difficult not to fall in love with such beauty. The wine opened up slowly to enjoy.
