2000 Pierre Peters Le Mesnil Les Chetillons Cuvee Speciale Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut
I thought this was not French (more new world) as the style was extremely yeasty, very short on the finish, lacks fruits, not to mention there's no precision on the body, dry and ended quite bitter. The only reason I thought it was French was the extreme yeasty characters both on the nose and palette. Grower champagne not my type of expected champagne.
