侍酒师安排的第一次序盲品里就渗透了四瓶马特莱不同的年份，惊讶的是四瓶却没有共同的性格，完全不一样！02年是个大年份，所以一上来就是非常成熟的果味，而且接近氧化。经过了45分钟左右在杯子里醒酒终于被空气制服了，后来就非常柔顺而且很有味道。
