氧化是个可怕的白布艮第词语,而且我以为只有霞多丽的葡萄品种才有氧化的可能,没有想到的是阿里高特葡萄品种也会氧化,所以问题出在于酿酒技术而不是葡萄品种方面。这个成熟的年份的阿里高特有它吸引人的一方面,虽然有点甘蔗味但是却非常有瘾的甘蔗味,是我从来没有遇到过的口味!
