2002 Andre Clouet Dream Vintage Brut

Served blind so I had no clue this was the only bottle in the series of Dream Vintages that's not Grand Cru. However, I always have a love for 02 as it was the best champagne vintages in 2000s.
The color gave away as the most aged bubble. The nose concurred with very aged dry straw character but certainly not yeasty.
It was the least focused and scattered bubbles with very light flavor, almost lacked punch. However it was a different animal when warmed up with fruits intense++!
