2002 E. Guigal Cote Rotie La Mouline
GREAT RHONE!
I was so impressed with this La Mouline that I thoroughly enjoyed the wine last night and swear still have some tastes lingering in my mouth today. The nose was heavy, choking, smoky, spice, bacon, black pepper. Palette didn't match the nose, was really elegant and balance. Slight detection of drying out fruits. I was told this was a watershed vintage, yet the winemaker can produce an excellent wine shows that I am awed!
