2002 Jean Claude Ramonet Bourgogne Aligote
Premox was a scary word when it come to white burgundies, and normally I thought it would just apply to Chardonnay grapes, but it looked like even Aligote grapes were not immune. So it was the winemaking techniques and not grape varietal that caused premox. However the beauty of this premox bottle was really addictive sugarcane, I totally enjoyed the taste!
氧化是个可怕的白布艮第词语，而且我还以为只有霞多丽的葡萄品种才有氧化的可能，没有想到的是阿里高特葡萄品种也会氧化，所以问题出在于酿酒技术而不是葡萄品种方面。这个成熟的年份的阿里高特有它吸引人的一方面，虽然有点甘蔗味但是却非常有瘾的甘蔗味，是我从来没有遇到过的口味！
