2002 Joseph Drouhin Meursault 1er Perrieres
PERRIERES CHARACTER
I find that Meursault Perrieres character is a bit more unique in comparison to other Meursault characters, like Charmes. I find Meursault Perrieres more confined on the palate, perhaps behaving like a good army boy, it doesn't spill out to the confinement of the palate (the cheek hardly felt any taste as unlike Puligny Montrachet).
Nose of slight toasted butter. Palate was decent with skinny butters, albeit with great flavor. High acidity and precise. Nicely done ✅.
