2002 Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos

Served blind, I thought it was from a hot vintage like 99, 03 or 09. Nose was a bit soapy, mineral and acidic. The fruit profile was unusually big, very macho type of fruits, coupled with low acidity, was definitely a unique combination. Was quite shocked to learn that Dauvissat’s Le Clos style was so unique, with used oaks, thus hardly any trace of oaky character.
夏布利的多维萨真的不一般。在盲品里，我感觉是个热的年份，比如99，03或是09年。鼻子带有肥皂味，矿物味，高酸度。果味不一般的大气，非常男人味，而且酸度低所以更难猜到是什么产区的酒。但是不要忘记多维萨用的是二手的橡木桶，所以橡木味不突出。
