2002 William Fevre Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume
SURPRISING CHABLIS 惊讶的夏布利
I normally don’t have high regards for William Fevre, so I had no expectations of this bottle. But I was totally wrong, this 1er Cru Chablis performed almost like a Grand Cru! Superb balance of acidity and fruits, both characters were really in tip top balance and also trying to outdo each other. I really hope to get hold of more!
我通常对这个酒庄的印象不怎么好，都是一般般，所以对这瓶酒没有太高的期望。我完全错了，02年是个伟大的夏布利年份，而且这个一级庄堪比特级庄的水准！非常棒的酒体酸度和成熟的果味，两者互不相让，各有千秋，难不成两个不同的风格都差点打起来了！我非常建议你们去寻找2002年份的夏布利，太完美了！
