ITALIAN WINE WITB ITALIAN FOOD.
It has been a rule for me to have Italian wine when I have Italian food. Happened that I have Lasagna tonight, so I must prepare an Italian wine. I must confess it went well. Somehow this bottle is heavy on the nose, something like charred wood and overcooked food, but the palette was easygoing and pleasant. It was a good match with Lasagna which has heavy taste and good load of cheese. So, next time you have Italian food, don't drink Bordeaux!
