2003 Chateau Margaux Pavillon Rouge
IS THIS CH MARGAUX?
Second wine of Ch Margaux, any similarities? Yes only on the nose; graphite, nice fragrance, dark chocolate, intense fruits, and it stops here. Palette didn't reflect the intense fruits at all, in fact I feel that the fruits are relatively weak. Only my last glass of the wine after 2 hours of sitting in the decanter that I felt the fruits got more intense. A far cry from other second wine like Carraudes di Lafite which has similarities to the main wine.
