2003 Didier Dagueneau Pouilly Fume Silex
This is on a lower score of 5 stars, probably 95 96 points in absolute terms. I liked the nose with extremely refined oaks, really high class. The palette was extremely rich, but not overwhelming and in fact to the extent of pleasantness. The complexity of this wine was astonishing, and I do get a lot of buttery nose towards the end. My 2nd wine of the night.
