2003 was an extremely hot vintage in Bordeaux, thus many wines behaved very differently. I decanted this bottle knowing that it’ll need some air. Nose was of really elegant cigar smoke. Palate was ripe, expectedly low acidity, very good finesse and very easy to drink. After an hour, the ripe fruits got even riper, and the wine got really intense!
2003的波尔多是个很热的年份,所出产的酒有非常大的区别。我知道这瓶酒需要醒酒,所以一开瓶我就倒入醒酒器。我喜欢这个烟熏的雪茄香味,内容很成熟,虽然我知道酸度肯定是很低的,非常细腻,很容易喝。过了一个小时,果味更加成熟了,完全爆炸起来了!现在的果味浓郁而且有品味,非常精彩!
