2003 Joh Jos Prum Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spätlese
Served blind. I enjoyed the nose of a unique, very refined pinewood nose (later to find out the oak comes from Slovenia), perfumed but also some sweetness. The wine was very mineral, sweet, with very faint orange, and weirdly I get slight bubbly character. I'm not good at this, thought it has to be German Riesling.
