2004 Francois Mikulski Meursault
I thought cool vintages like 2004 would not have much premox bottles, but I was obviously wrong. However, I found that the premox problem from a cooler vintage wasn’t as bad as a hot vintage. At least this was very drinkable without the oxidative character interfering my palate. I can still taste the high acidity with some cool fruits lurking behind.
我以为没有那么热的年份,好比2004年应该不会有这样多氧化的瓶子,但是我错了,今晚这一瓶还是不幸的氧化了。虽然氧化问题没有热年份那么严重。起码这瓶氧化的内容没有骚扰我的味蕾。我还是可以感觉到很高的酸度,还有很多很的果味躲在酸度的背后。
