2004 Jean Marc Pillot Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru
RARE BUT UNDERWHELMED 稀有但是不发挥This was a very rare Chevalier Montrachet maker, and it was supposedto overperform. However there was no surprise tonight, just ok. Nice fine wood nose, buttery and slightly barnyard. Content was shiny with superb cascading layers and length, soft and easy to drink, quite skinny and focused, turned pear fruits thereafter.
这是一瓶很难得的骑士蒙它谢，照理应该是超出期望的。但是今晚这瓶表现平平。非常优秀的橡木桶味，带有奶油和微马槽味。内容很鲜亮，有着很不错的层次感和非常长的回味，非常柔顺和平易近人，果味有点瘦小而且很集中，慢慢的变成梨味了。
