I always loved Clos du Caillou, it may not have the most aging capability, but it always present itself as very ready to drink wine from CDP. From a cool vintage, this vintage lacked Syrah in the blend, but it was really smooth and pleasant. It turned really Chinese medicinal taste after an hour.
这瓶隆河谷出产的教皇新堡的酒非常平易近人，虽然它没有很长时间的陈年潜能，但是每次我喝这个牌子的时候都很不错。来自一个比较寒冷的年份，没有西拉品种的混合，但是却表现得体面与大方，完全适合饮用，而且带来惊喜。我还以为这瓶酒是90年代的呢！不过需要早点饮用，因为不到一个小时内容就变得中草药味道了，也证明我预计不能陈年的酒。
