2004 Louis Carillon & Fils Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières
CARILLON ROCKS 加里伦的神话
This may not be the flagship of Louis Carillon (it would have been Les Referts and Bienvenues Batard Montrachet), but it still kept me happy with the quality, perhaps the vintage. Nose was quite muted initially, but the palate was intense, with ripe lemon along with huge amount of acidity on the backbone.
如果你不了解白布根第的酒，那我建议你就买牌子， 路易士.加里伦的酒绝对有水准。他们的一级庄田Referts 和特级庄田的欢迎杂种蒙特拉斯绝对是有实力的酒。虽然这个Perrières 不是他们最出名的品牌，但是水准有一定的保障。鼻蕾没有什么香味，需要一段时间醒酒。内容非常成熟的柠檬味，还有结构非常完美的酸度，呈现出非常浓厚的层次感。欣赏！
