2004 Verget Vigne des Epinottes Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons

I tasted various vintages of Verget Vaillons in the past, quite good but never really jumped out of the box, but tonight the 2004 impressed me completely. Superb nose of just ripe lemon and floral fragrance. Palate was addictive, deep flavor, very rich and ripe, with great acidity. This fast forward to have a glimpse of future Vaillons was very educational!
我之前品过了很多年份的维尔戈酒庄的这款酒，虽然出色，但是绝对没有今晚的04年精彩！这给了我很大的启示，这个一级田可以喝！非常花香和刚成熟的柠檬味，然后内容丰富，回味悠长和成熟，还有非常棒的酸度，非常平衡的一款酒。这也给我看到了将来，现在买这款酒可以收藏十多年。
