2005 Pavillon Blanc du Chateau Margaux

DULL 沉闷
After drinking so much white burgundies, switching back to Bordeaux Blanc made it very dull and unexciting. Spoiled palate I admit! Nose was decent with spring floral and a bit oily. Content was light and slightly diluted, although the softness and feminine character was a saving grace. Bear in mind that this was produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
喝了这样多的白勃艮第的酒后，再回去波尔多的白葡萄酒略显出波尔多的白葡萄酒逊色许多，有点沉闷和乏味。鼻子的香味大多是秋天的花香，还带有一点油香。内容有点轻盈也有点不够浓缩，不过她也有一些优点：很柔和还有非常女性化，展现出优雅迷人的气质。不要忘了这款酒是用100%的白长相思酿的酒，在波尔多并不常见。
