2007 Concha y Toro Carmín de Peumo Carmenère

I was shocked again to see another RP96 rating here for this wine. For the sake of my audiences and consumers, I beg WA to report something truthful instead of skewing scores and mislead consumers!
This wine had a strong and cheap nose. Palate was the same, very sour and the taste was hopelessly cheap. Junk that doesn't even qualify as supermarket wines.
But I don't understand why is this priced so expensive? Was it the rating? Or I was wrong?
