2007 Domaine Etienne Sauzet Champ Canet Puligny Montrachet
While my initial sip was impressive, I had to say the wine is on a brighter or stronger side of most Puligny Montrachets. Initial nose of heavy lemon blended with butter and olive oil. Palette was also similar with very rich fruits, strong acidity and oily richness, that's why I concluded that this producer produces wine on a slightly brighter scale. I should not jump to conclusions, will observe if all Etienne Sauzat are like this.
