RARE WHITE FROM CORTON
I never drank a white from Corton before, served blind, thus I keep commenting it's out of my context. It was a very interesting Grand Cru, keeps evolving both on the nose and in the glass. Nose morph from floral to faint oak to lemon. So was the palette, sharp and focus, mild acidity, from dry to rich to flavorful, keeps improving! 100% new oak. Thanks to Johan generosity again.
