I spent the last 10 minutes writing the details of this bottle and then the silly Vivino app crashed, I was pissed, not going to write another detailed report. Basically I think I had an advanced bottle as the texture was too ripe and rich. Bouquet of ripe pineapple and cooked fruits. Body texture was ripe and waxy. I was puzzled as there’s no premox in Rhone, where’s this advancement of taste coming from which is quite typical of Rhone wines?
