Another day, another Baijiu. In China, these are really common beverages, almost every meal I have are companied by Baijiu. And these are not for the faint hearted, as the abv start at 42%, and goes right up to 60% abv. This one was full of fragrance, we decanted it and the fragrance filled up the room, it's almost like walking into a bamboo forest planted with gardenias. Palate was quite ok, light and smooth, nothing irritating. Had it with a mild non spicy southern Chinese food.
