2007 Henri Boillot Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Pucelles

Les Pucelle, another flagship label for Henri Boillot, was awesome. If you have been following me, my previous post talked about negociant versus Domaine bottling for this maker. Les Pucelle was domaine bottled, thus quality was assured.
From the nose I know the maker used very good oak as the elegance was first grade. In this blind bottle, I classified it as a Grand Cru, not only the oak, but the body was very rich, complex layers, very balanced wine. Pucelle by Boillot worth every cent.
