MY JUDGMENT ON AUSSIE WHITE...
Was accurate as this wine was served double blind to me. My notes all pointed to weakness. Nose of dry cupboard. Palette was extremely dry, lemon zest, lean, butter, bone dry, and an overloaded amount of citrus. I wasn't surprised at all when the label is unfolded as my answer lean towards a new world white, probably South Africa or Australia. Turned out that my palette don't lie, I can tell crappy wines from good ones!
