Tasting of a variety of Trimbach range of wines. Walk away feeling was that it was at best an average Alsace producer, even though initially I thought highly of them.
This was their signature blend, I was honored to taste it. Again, the floral bouquet dominated the nose, on top of strong flower, it was in a sea of Acadia flowers.
Extremely dry, tasted like a sparkling wine, very funky taste, slightly elevated acidity, bitter and somehow lacked flavor in the body, although decent wine.
