I didn't expect that there were more than 11 producers producing Combettes in Puligny Montrachet, not to mention we have a lineup of 11 bottles tonight, all from different producers! Speechless for my limited white burgundy knowledge.
This butter shade now changed to aged butter on the nose. Girardin's Combettes are high in acidity, although very rich in butter taste, with tannins. The content is accompanied with Pomelo.
