2008 Andre Clouet Brut Millesime
MODERN
Most Andre Clouet champagne that I have tasted are more backwards and classical. However this vintage champagne I feel that it's quite modern, perhaps due to the good vintage.
Can't really find fault from head to toe, perhaps just too young to drink. The bubble is precise and balance in every angle. Perhaps need to retry it in a couple of years time to see how it develops!
