2008 Chateau d'Yquem Lur Saluces Sauternes

YOUNG PUNK 年轻的叛逆
I never had such a young d’Yquem before, but I must admit it’s a pleasure drinking it. Nose of freshly squeezed pineapple juice, turned creamy when warmed up. Palate was sweet and elegant, very fresh, slight pineapple. Ended with very sweet chewy fruits and turned peachy. There’s no tiertiary flavor like the aged d’Yquem, but a pleasure nevertheless.
我从来没有喝过这样年轻的贵腐酒，很荣幸能够喝到。香味完全是新鲜的菠萝果汁，后来温度上升后就比较多奶油味。口感新鲜，甜，也优雅，也有点菠萝。慢慢的感觉好像在嚼水果，然后变成了桃味。和一般的陈年贵腐酒不一样，这个年轻的就少了很多层次感，可能需要经过叛逆期才能成熟起来。荣幸！
