My impression on the three bottles that I tasted wasn't exciting, I'd classify Weinbach as a classical music wine, doesn't have the modern touch to excite me.
This cuvee Lawrence is slightly different with better quality. 13.5% alcohol.
Nose of oak and woody.
Palate: I liked the sweetness, sweet but at a balanced sweetness and not overly sweet, getting some orange notes here, particularly mandarin oranges. Strong alcoholic nose.
