2009 Chateau La Fleur Petrus Pomerol
This plot is situated between Lafleur and Petrus, the 2 top vineyard in Pomerol. And I was impressed with the wine. The nose was typical Bordeaux, but the palette was where it shines. It does not need to shout to grab my attention, just extremely pleasant, balanced and easy drinking, with good purity of red fruits. It didn't taste like a 2009 to me at all, wow! If you want to invest in wine, this is probably a good wine to buy and keep.
