SMOKING GUN
In the third flight of Referts, if you’re following my posts, Marc Morey was one of the very rare producer of Referts. I was ignorant perhaps as I never come across.
The nose shocked me, as the gunpowder was so strong as if it just emerged from a smoking gun, plus charred butter, you can imagine this must have been way over oaked!
Palate was big and heavy, loads of butter creaming my mouth, plus extremely heavy on fruits. Not surprised this ended up at the bottom of my flight, ie, last!
