THAI FOOD FRIEND
I was at a good Thai food restaurant and they recommended me this bottle, I was a bit doubtful as Thai food is a bit spicy, sour and sweet, how can this match?
I was wrong, it was a perfect match. The wine had a slight tropical fruit nose like pineapple, which Thai food used. The wine was soft, mellow and pineapple driven, extremely good to pair it with Thai food that doesn't use a lot of chili spice. I much prefer this white over Riesling or Gewurtztraminer, it really brought up flavor.
