Even though this was my least favorite of the last flight of 18 producers of Referts, it certainly didn’t really end up as last. Compared to the crazy price tag of Arnaud Ente, this was perhaps 1/10th of the price, and I’d take this any day!
Surprised to have slight sugarcane and strong acid at this age on the nose. Content wise it was too much of an elevated acidity for me to absorb, it overwhelmed the fruits a little too much.
