BEAUJOLAIS SAGA 3/5
My 3rd glass of Beaujolais from a 200 year old family winemaker. So far the better 2010 Beaujolais I had.
Very muted nose but do carry a little bit of herb, slightly minty and I swear I can smell some oregano too!
Palate was sweet and sour, quite cherry on the mouth fill, sweetness and slightly charming. Sadly, the wine finished on a sour note.
