This 2010 vintage was produced by the son Benjamin, despite the label is still using his dad's name who has passed away tragically in a plane crash. Didier was a risk taker, he'll hand harvest the wines, and sometimes to achieve a great ripeness, he'll cut yield severely. Unfortunately the son didn't have the same perfectionist attitude, as the content of this Pouilly Fume has shown: the palate was missing some flavors and concentration like it's past siblings. Attitude is very important in winemaking.
