I served this blind bottle next to Leflaive Pucelles 09 since both were great vintage, and coming from the same plot of land. While the obvious winner was Leflaive, I have to defend Boillot a little: do not judge the wine at present stage, as these are still relatively young wines. Boillot had gunpowder on the nose and high acidity on the body, but I think it’ll get much better as time goes by.
这瓶跟勒斐莱做比较，当然勒斐莱09胜出。但是我需要强调的是，不要靠现在的口感妄下定论，需要有点远见。布瓦洛的酒我感觉有潜能；虽然鼻味有点枪弹硫磺味，而且高酸度。

AWESOME WHITE
This domaine bottled Les Pucelles was served blind in a flight of three, the other was Coche Dury Ensigniers and Colin Deleger's Demoseilles. It was consensus choice of the flight, beating the Coche Dury by a whisker. Predictable white summer flowers, ginger, spice, pear, cinnamon, ocean breeze were some of the notes for the nose. A really engaging wine, it possessed multiple layers of fruits, giving the wine huge amount of flavor, although slightly acidic and sharp. I can live with that.
