2010 Michel Colin Deleger Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles
GOOD EFFORT!
In a blind lineup of 2010 Henri Boillot's Pucelles, Coche Dury Ensigniers and this not so big name Colin Deleger's Demoseilles, I was totally taken by surprise how strong this bottle was performing, it was really not willing to let go of its 3rd position, fought a really brave battle, kudos to the effort!
Very orange juice nose, plus oak. The obvious Puligny style of fatter, lesser focus rightfully pointed to Puligny, but I was thrown off by the orange flavor and acidity to think a Meursault.
