SIMPLE ...
Oyster was on the menu, so I had to order house pours. I think I never had a white from Chile before, giving it a try. Nose is very fruity, smells a bit like those over oaked (with oak chips) Australia wines, raising my expectations a little. However, the palette was nowhere near the perfumes; short, flat, lacks fruits, even to the extent of lacking flavors! Only saving grace was the alcohol was still intact!
