2010 Tua Rita Giusto di Notri Toscana
Tua Rita is a very well known wine estate in Tuscany that produces one of Italy’s best 100% Merlot based wine called Redigaffi. But they also produce some very decent Bordeaux blends such as this Giusto di Notri. I have previously tried the 2009 of this and was impressed. This did not disappoint as well.
Nose of blackberry, dark cherry, oak spice, and slightly green. Palate had some very ripe and lush black fruits with smooth tannins and balance of acidity. Wouldn’t mind another bottle!
