2010 Vincent Girardin Savigny les Beaune Les Vermots Dessus
Extremely deep matured nose with dark ripe cherries. A real surprise nose. Palette is good too, goes extremely well with my pigeon dish. Very forward, deep fruit core. Despite being a premier cru, I am sure if the btl is blinded & pitch against a grand cru, it won't lose out too much. Finishing a bit short & shallow, that's all I can find fault with.
